JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the complete design management and maintenance of audio, video, and lighting systems for all TGO entities. Works closely with IS infrastructure team, Maintenance, and Marketing to ensure effective integration, understanding, and usage of audio, video, and light components.

Pay Range: $38.49 per hour

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 
  • Bachelors degree in Audiovisual Communications, Information Technology and/or Computer science, or related courses from an accredited college preferred. Years of experience, education, and/or training may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Audiovisual certifications preferred, such as: CompTIA: Network+, Creston, Extron, or Shure. Years of experience, education, and/or training may be considered in lieu of certifications.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum three (3) years experience working with audio/visual technical design and troubleshooting.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience with complex multi-site audio/video systems and projects.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience documenting standards for audio, video, and lighting installations.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working with office computer applications, i.e., Word, Excel, email.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position is considered “safety sensitive” and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and personal auto insurance. 
  • Applicant will be required to successfully pass an agility exam with at least a “medium” level score to determine whether physically capable of performing essential job functions.
  • Must have expertise and broad knowledge in all facets of audio, visual, and lighting platforms.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, holidays, and/or on call.
  • Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
