JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all jackpot related duties. Works with Slot Machine Attendants to ensure jackpot forms are accurate and payouts are completed in a prompt and professional manner. Responsible for the organization of efficient guest service on the gaming floor, and coordinating support from the Slot Attendants. Ensures the organizations commitment to exceptional guest service is upheld at all times.
Pay Range: $17.85 per hour (plus tips)
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
SKILLS:
- Must have good math skills.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills. (Test required)
- Must have the ability to type 30 wpm and input data accurately. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of two (2) years working with guest service experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years cash handling experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience using a personal computer and/or computer applications.
- Minimum of six (6) months dual-rate supervisory, Slot Coordinator, and/or supervisory experience.
- Prior experience working in the casino industry preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino and the Quil Ceda Creek Casino.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be available to work any shift to include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as job duties require.
- Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or employers.
