JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the management of the T.G.O. Key Control and Access Control, ensures property and assets of the TGO are safeguarded. Follows the Security Department’s Internal Controls, Standard Operational Procedures (S.O.P.), and TGO Policies and procedures approved by the Deputy Director of Security.

Pay Range: $33.56 per hour

EDUCATION: 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

SKILLS: 

  • Ability to compose concise and accurate reports, business correspondence, memorandums, etc.
  • Must have knowledge of basic math principles and analytical skills.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 20 wpm.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience utilizing a computer and Microsoft programs, i.e., Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with access control systems and key management.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience utilizing communication, public, and guest relation skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a supervisory/manager capacity.
  • Minimum of two (2) years work experience operating hand and power tools in a professional setting.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of project planning
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working with low voltage in a professional setting.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a valid State Driver’s License. *Out of state applicants hired will be required to obtain a Washington State Driver's License within 30-days from hire date
  • Must possess a clear driving record and meet the organizations insurance criteria.
  • This position is considered “safety sensitive” and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
  • Must adhere to strict confidentiality all departmental information both seen and/or heard.
  • Must be flexible to work at all T.G.O. sites i.e. The Tulalip Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and The Tulalip Bingo.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, holidays, and/or on call 24 hours 7 days per week.
  • Must have a successful employment history with The Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
