JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for answering phones and questions regarding spa services, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, coordinating group bookings, checking guests in and out, and cashiering. Selling retail products, as well as, up selling of services and upgrades while meeting booking and retail goals. Consistently provides exceptional guest service at all times.

Pay Range: $18.88 per hour + 5% Retail Commission

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Must be able to type 20 wpm.
  • Must have excellent telephone etiquette. (Audition required)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of six (6) months guest service experience.
  • Minimum of six (6) months cash handling experience.
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience answering phones.
  • Prior experience in a Spa environment preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to learn policies and procedures.
  • Must attend required departmental meetings and product knowledge training.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
