JOB SUMMARY:
Provides complex administrative support to the TGO Food & Beverage Executive Director, manages and orchestrates projects tasks, and assignments as directed. Provides analysis of various aspects of the office operations; proactively contributes to the executive and management staff by identifying/determining relevant issues/objectives and recommends quantifiable solutions. Directly oversees and supervises office ordering as well as related duties.
Pay Range: $25.91 - $32.39 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
SKILLS:
- Ability to type 45 WPM. (Test required)
- Excellent writing and composition skills and methodical in conducting work, i.e., prioritizing, multitasking, planning, and coordinating. (Test required)
- Must have excellent math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching and interpreting, and translating a variety of data. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of four (4) years working administrative/clerical experience in a professional business atmosphere.
- Minimum of four (4) years working experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Minimum of four (4) years guest service experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in policy and project preparation, implementation and support systems.
- Minimum of (1) year supervisory work experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid Washington State Driver’s License, possess and maintain personal automobile insurance.
- Will be required to use personal vehicle for routing daily external mail/and or errands to Tribal Entities as requested.
- Must have knowledge of HAACP-Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
- Must have knowledge of Labor and Liquor Laws as well as Health Codes.
- Must have a professional appearance.
- Must attend training and/or travel as job functions and duties require.
- Must be able to obtain a Hotel Permit per Regulation 12 with the Tulalip Gaming Agency.
- Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
