JOB SUMMARY:
Assists in the planning, organization, and direction of Bingo & Slots Food & Beverage personnel. Performs inventories and ensures the utmost efficiency and service of the Food & Beverage operation. Assists in all job duties as needed, i.e., food service, bussing tables, etc. Supervise, train and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.76 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
SKILLS:
- Must have good math skills. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working with the public utilizing customer relation skills.
- Minimum of two (2) years of food service experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must posses or obtain a Health Food Handler’s Permit within 30 days from hire date.
- Must be able to obtain, and hold, a Class 12 Washington State Liquor Permit within 60 days from date of hire.
- Must be certified with National Restaurant Association for SERV SAFE Food Protection Certification course within 90 days from hire date.
- Knowledge of Labor and Liquor Laws and Health Codes.
- Knowledge of HAACP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
