Department: Maintenance

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overall coordination of construction, remodels, and/or assigned special projects for the Tulalip Resort Casino and Tulalip Bingo & Slots. Plans, coordinates, implements, and manages progress of all facility projects. Communicates and works harmoniously with all TGO, and Tribal Government Departments and/or outside vendors involved with projects.

Pay Range: $29.38 - $36.73 per hour

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 
  • College courses toward Project Management (PMP) Certification or certification in a similar program preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data relating to project budget management. (Test required)
  • Highly skilled and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Manager programs, and the ability to learn new software applications fairly easily. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of four (4) years work experience coordinating and managing large and small scale construction related facility projects to include reparation, implementation, and budgeting.
  • Minimum of four (4) years work experience utilizing a personal computer and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project Manager, and purchasing programs.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience of public relations/guest service.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience working with bids, quotes, contracts, and outside vendors.
  • Prior experience working in a tribally owned gaming facility preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and personal auto insurance.
  • Knowledge of TGO policies, procedures, Tulalip Tribes Regulatory Tribal Codes and TERO Codes. 
  • Knowledge or familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit programs preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
