JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for exceeding guest expectations. Effectively lead the Bell Desk and Doormen. Ensures scheduling is adequate for all areas of responsibility. Handles guest disputes, questions, and/or complaints to the best of ability using sound judgment and informative responses.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.76 per hour

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 
  • Management or supervisory course through accredited university, community college, in-house training, and/or Tribal Enterprise Management Certificate preferred.  
SKILLS:
  • Ability to compose business correspondence i.e., letters, memorandums, spreadsheets, schedules, etc. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience in a hospitality and/or guest services related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years guest service experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years work related experience using Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Prior hotel experience preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • This position is considered “safety sensitive” and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license, a clear driving record, and meet the organizations insurance criteria. 
  • Must be able to successfully complete either a tribal, state, or federal background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain a Permit per Regulation 12 with the Tulalip Gaming Agency.
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays. 
  • Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
