JOB SUMMARY:
Overall management and responsibility for the day-to-day Slot Operations. Handles guest disputes, questions, and/or complaints to best of ability. Ensures that the organizations commitment to exceptional guest service is upheld at all times.
Pay Range: $38.49 - $48.12 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- College credits in Accounting, Business Management, or related courses preferred.
SKILLS:
- Ability to compose departmental and business correspondence, i.e. email, letters, memorandums, etc. (Test required)
- Must have good math skills. (Test required)
- Must have the ability to type 30 wpm and input data accurately. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years using a personal computer or computer applications.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working with guest service.
- Minimum of three (3) years working in the casino industry.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of profit, loss, and expenses related to sales operation.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment.
- Must be able to handle guest and team member’s disputes.
- Must identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be available to work any shift to include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as job duties require.
- Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or employers.
