JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for exceeding guest expectations. Effectively lead the Hotel Front Desk team. Ensures scheduling is adequate for all areas of responsibility. Handles guest disputes, questions, and/or complaints to the best of ability using sound judgment and informative responses. Functions as Manager on duty as needed.
Pay Range: $29.38 - $36.73 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
SKILLS:
- Must be able to type 35 wpm. (Test required)
- Ability to compose business correspondence i.e., letters, memorandums, spreadsheets, etc. (Test required)
- Must have strong math skills. (Test Required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of four (4) years of guest service experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working as in a supervisory position in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum of three (3) years of cash handling experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of hotel front desk experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of utilizing hospitality operational software (point of sales, property management system or similar)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience ordering and processing inventory, working within the confines of an allocated budget experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
