JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for quality guest service and satisfaction.  Provides expert knowledge in the Sequence of Service, menu items, preparation, and beverage selection and service.  Maintains high standard of menu item preparation and excellent presentation of all To-Go food orders.  Responsible for To-Go station set-up and breakdown on assigned shift. 

Pay Range: $17.00

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. 
  • Must have basic math skills. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of food service experience in a full service restaurant.
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience serving alcoholic beverages and/or bottled wine service.
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience working with the public utilizing guest relation skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must obtain and hold a Food Handler’s card within 60 days from date of hire.
  • Must obtain a Tips Certification within two (2) months from date of hire.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
