Department: Surveillance
JOB SUMMARY:
Assists with the management of the Surveillance Operation and team members at all TGO gaming sites: Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek, and Bingo & Slots. Ensures department operates in compliance with the Tribal/State Compact, Regulations, TTC Chapter 10.05 Gaming, and Internal Controls.
Pay Range: $44.31 - $49.85 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- College courses or Technical schooling in related electronic field preferred.
SKILLS:
- Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data. (Test Required)
- Ability to compose business correspondence, i.e., letters, memorandums, etc. (Test Required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of four (4) years casino gaming experience working in surveillance operations.
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory and/or management experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience utilizing a personal computer specifically MS Word, Excel, and Access programs.
- Minimum of three (3) years work experience with development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience creating, implementing and maintaining departmental budgets.
- Prior experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of surveillance equipment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- This position is considered “safety sensitive” and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
- Must possess, and maintain, a valid Washington State Driver's License and personal auto insurance.
- Must demonstrate current knowledge of Tribal/State Compact, Regulations, TTC Chapter 10.05 Gaming, and Internal Controls.
- Thorough knowledge of Surveillance Department procedures, video and digital equipment use, and procedures and protection techniques for all games on property.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of procedure manuals from various departments.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be flexibility to work any shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call.
- Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
