JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing outstanding guest service while answering all incoming calls, lost and found resolution, coordinating guest service calls and efforts, coordinating Guest Room Attendants and Houseman’s daily checklists, and/or transferring calls as appropriate. Opens and closes the Housekeeping Department as designated.

Pay Range: $18.56 - $20.88 per hour

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.  

SKILLS:

  • Must be able to type 25 wpm. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of two (2) years guest service experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years work experience answering multi-line phones.
  • Minimum of two (2) years secretarial and/or office experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must adhere to strict confidentiality of all information and records seen and/or heard.
  • Must have the tolerance and patience for dealing with upset, angry, and/or frustrated individuals.
  • Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of guest service to guests, VIP's, and co-workers.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or requested.
  • Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other current and past employers.
