JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Drug and Alcohol Supervisor, coordinates and conducts TGO drug and alcohol testing in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws. Enters drug and alcohol information into database and prepares monthly and quarterly reports as requested.
Pay Range: $20.59 - $23.16 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
SKILLS:
- Ability to compose routine business letters, reports, and/or spreadsheets. (Test required)
- Ability to type 25 wpm without errors.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of one (1) year work experience maintaining confidential information.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an office environment performing clerical duties.
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in guest service, or Team Member relations.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience assisting with enforcing Tribal, State, and/or Federal policies, procedures, ordinances, and laws.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must adhere to strict confidentiality of all information and records seen.
- Must be familiar with enforcing Tribal, State, and/or Federal policies, procedures, ordinances, and laws.
- Tolerance, patience and understanding to deal with frustrated, upset and sometimes angry people.
- Must not have any recent misuse of mind altering drugs and/or alcohol.
- Obtain training in CPR, Blood Bourne Pathogens, Narcan, and other certifications as requested.
- Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Tulalip Bingo & Slots..
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call.
- Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
