EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Years of equivalent experience, education, and/or training may be considered in lieu of BA degree.
• IT Technical certifications preferred, such as: MCSA, or Microsoft Azure Database Administrator Associate. Years of experience, education, and/or training may be considered in lieu of certifications.

SKILLS:

• Must have basic math skills. (Test required)
• Ability to proficiently and accurately type 25wpm. (Test required)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate with team members and end users. (Test required)
• Ability to build an accurate database query report using SQL. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of three (3) years experience with design and development, coding, security, and distribution of production Microsoft  Access databases.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience with SQL Query and SQL Databases.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience with Windows desktop operating systems and server networking fundamentals.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience with reports using industry or enterprise level report writing software applications.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience with PC hardware, software, printers, PC component repair and replacement.
• Minimum of two (2) years working experience with maintaining and troubleshooting devices in a client-server environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• This position is considered “safety sensitive” and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
• Must be able to relate and convert highly detailed technical information into short, concise, and understandable terms the customer can understand.
• Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
