EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

SKILLS:

• Must have good math skills. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of three (3) years experience working with the public utilizing customer relation skills.
• Minimum of two (2) years of food service experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must posses or obtain a Health Food Handler’s Permit within 30 days from hire date.
• Must be able to obtain, and hold, a Class 12 Washington State Liquor Permit within 60 days from date of hire.
• Must be certified with National Restaurant Association for SERV SAFE Food Protection Certification course within 90 days from hire date.
• Knowledge of Labor and Liquor Laws and Health Codes.
• Knowledge of HAACP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
