JOB SUMMARY:
Manages and implements all marketing related communications, print/media, and collateral management. Supports all department media campaigns by tracking, reporting, and recording results of marketing initiatives. Provides detailed precision in all media.
Pay Range: $38.49 - $43.32 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree from an accredited college preferred. Four years of experience in a marketing, agency or and/or design environment may be considered in lieu of degree.
SKILLS:
- Must display high level accuracy and attention to detail taking direction from campaign briefs. (Test required)
- Excellent math and analytical skills. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of four (4) years management experience working in a marketing and design environment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience with online marketing, advertising, and communications with an emphasis on digital marketing.
- Minimum of two (2) years media purchasing experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a creative processing environment with a preferred emphasis on advertising collateral.
- Working knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising including how to plan, execute and evaluate performance across each channel preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Keen understanding of relevant cultural and advertising trends.
- Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have a Successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
