EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 
• Completion of Accounting 201 and 202 courses from an accredited college may be considered in lieu of inventory experience requirement.

SKILLS:

• Must have good math skills. (Test required)
• Must be computer literate with the ability to learn specific inventory control systems, and/or other computer programs such as: MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel for reporting and/or communication. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of one (1) year work experience dealing with fixed asset inventory recording, tracking and reconciling.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience utilizing Microsoft programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Access, etc.
• Minimum of six (6) months guest service experience.
• Prior experience dealing with retail inventory recording, tracking, and reconciling preferred.
• Prior experience in an F&B operation to include knowledge of F&B procurement and receiving specifications preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older 
• Must have a valid Washington State Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• May be required to use personal vehicle for travel between TGO sites for inventory purposes.  
• Must be able to work irregular hours as necessary to complete inventory.
• Must be able to pass an agility test to determine if physically capable of performing essential functions of the job.
• Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Tulalip Bingo & Slots. 
• Must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler’s permit within 60 days from date of hire.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from date of hire.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other entities.
