JOB SUMMARY:
Performs daily, monthly and yearly physical inventories of current and fixed assets. Ensures all inventory stored in Food & Beverage warehouses are stocked, rotated, and kept organized. Fills product requisitions from operating departments through either automated or manual inventory systems. Responsible for submitting orders to fill stock to the approved par levels through Material Management Systems (MMS). Ensures that pars are maintained by taking manual inventory. Independently confirms, tracks and reports the status of Assets. Assist in maintaining manual and computerized systems for Inventory and Fixed Asset control.
Pay Range: $20.59 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Completion of Accounting 201 and 202 courses from an accredited college may be considered in lieu of inventory experience requirement.
SKILLS:
- Must have good math skills. (Test required)
- Must be computer literate with the ability to learn specific inventory control systems, and/or other computer programs such as: MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel for reporting and/or communication. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of one (1) year work experience dealing with fixed asset inventory recording, tracking and reconciling.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience utilizing Microsoft programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Access, etc.
- Minimum of six (6) months guest service experience.
- Prior experience dealing with retail inventory recording, tracking, and reconciling preferred.
- Prior experience in an F&B operation to include knowledge of F&B procurement and receiving specifications preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Washington State Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
- May be required to use personal vehicle for travel between TGO sites for inventory purposes.
- Must be able to work irregular hours as necessary to complete inventory.
- Must be able to pass an agility test to determine if physically capable of performing essential functions of the job.
- Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Tulalip Bingo & Slots.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler’s permit within 60 days from date of hire.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from date of hire.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other entities.
