JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures protection of company assets, safety of guests and team members while providing approved vendor and/or TGO Team Members access and escort into sensitive areas of the Tulalip Casino and Hotel. Provides excellent Guest Service while conducting ID checks at entry doors, answers guest questions, offers directions and assistance as needed in a friendly and cordial manner.
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Successful completion of TGO Guest Service training may be considered in lieu of experience requirements.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of six (6) months experience working with the public utilizing guest service skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- This position is considered “safety sensitive” and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
- Must attend and successfully complete all mandatory training as outlined by Director of Security.
- Must adhere to strict confidentiality all departmental information both seen and/or heard.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have a successful employment history with The Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
