TC/ASSISTANT OPERATIONS ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists in maintaining all Food & Beverage databases including, but not limited to, Micros, MMS, and Berg.  Provides administrative support, as well as, non-routine independent support to the Food & Beverage Operations Analyst with special projects, tasks, and assignments.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of Business and/or Hospitality courses from an accredited college preferred.

 

SKILLS:

• Must be highly proficient and skilled in MS Office, Excel, and Word programs. (Test required)
• Must have inventory management skills in or related to ordering and pars. (Test required)

 

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of two (2) years work related experience with purchasing and procurement procedures in Food & Beverage.
• Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience in a Food & Beverage operation.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience with Micros, Berg, MMS, Kronos, Infor CPM and/or related software systems.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must attend training and/or travel as job functions and duties require.
• Must attend mandatory guest service training.
• Must be flexible to work both Casino sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino and the Quil Ceda Creek Casino.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
