TC/COCKTAIL SERVER - CABARET

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves food and drinks to guests demonstrating and promoting positive guest relations. Works with POS system, accepts money and makes change. Assists bartenders with stocking, making coffee, and general cleaning. Maintains the highest level of guest service and food and beverage standards as determined by the Bar Manager and Food & Beverage Director.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

 

SKILLS:

• Must have basic math and cashier skills. (Test required)

 

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of six (6) months experience cocktailing in an upscale nightclub or bar.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience working with the public utilizing guest relations skills.
• Minimum of six (6) months cashiering experience.
   

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Team members may be subject to fit for duty testing.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from date of hire.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler’s card within 60 days from date of hire.
• Must have the tolerance and patience for dealing with upset, angry and/or frustrated individuals.
• Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment.
• Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of guest service to guests, VIP's, and co-workers.
• Must attend mandatory guest service training.
• Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
