Job Summary:  

 Responsible developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives, including developing and management viral marketing campaign, creating and managing high profile channel accounts, and integrating interactive media into the overall business strategy.

 

PAY RATE: $40.98 per hour

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.  Five (5) years experience managing a variety of social media channels for a large brand may be considered in lieu of education requirement.

 

SKILLS:

  • Ability to set up, executed, and monitor PPC Campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing, and Yahoo for effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI. (Test required)

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of digital experience and management of a variety of social media channels, i.e., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Flickr, YouTube, etc. for a large brand such as a consumer product company, media company, casino company, or marketing agency.
  • Minimum of three (3) years tactical experience with Google AdWorks.
  • Minimum of three (3) years analyzing digital data and drawing relevant conclusions from the data in strong collaboration with a     digital analysis application.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience with three or more of the following publishing and monitoring platforms: Spredfast, Hootsuite, Buffer, TrustYou, Medillia, ReviewPro, Radian6, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Minimum of three (3) years managing social media budgets for a large brand.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of success in driving social strategy across channels.
  • Must adhere to strict confidentiality of all information and records seen and/or heard.
  • Must attend progressive related training as required.
  • Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of guest service to all guests, VIP's, and co-workers.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
