JOB SUMMARY:
Works as a liaison between the TGO and guests, providing excellent guest service while encouraging player development and guest loyalty. Assists management with bringing new guests into the facility. Responsible for planning, directing, and organizing events for guests, as well as creating statistical reports to analyze player development efforts.
PAY RATE: $29.18 per hour
Requirements
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
SKILLS:
- Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data. (Test required)
- Ability to compose routine business correspondence, i.e., letters, memorandums, spreadsheets, etc. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of four (4) years of guest service experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years experience working in a marketing or gaming environment, i.e., Marketing Rewards Club, Slots, Table Games.
- Minimum of two (2) year working experience utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid Washington State drivers license. (Please submit a copy with application)
- Must have knowledge of Slot manufacturers gaming product, i.e., game themes, line/reel game play.
- Must have knowledge of play for Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, and Novelty Games, i.e., Three Card Poker, Spanish 21, Let it Ride, and Pai Gow.
- Will be responsible for providing excellent guest service to VIP's, and TGO team members.
- Must attend mandatory training.
- Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
