Responsible for daily supervision of the Transportation Operation to include shuttle service and assigned team members.  Ensures team members perform duties in accordance with department guidelines while providing friendly and courteous service at all times.  Primary reciprocal for transportation requests from other TGO departments and guests, assisting with driver scheduling.  Uses department software to manage and record requests, assignments and service standards.

Requirements

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 
 
SKILLS:
  • Ability to compose routine departmental correspondence i.e., letters, reports, memorandums, etc. (Test required)
 
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of four (4) years guest service experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience driving with a Commercial Driver’s License.   
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience of progressive responsibility working in a Fleet Management and/or Transportation environment.
  • Minimum of two (2) year working experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel computer programs.
  • Minimum of two (2) year supervisory and/or management experience in a transportation field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years creating and implementing team member schedules. 
 
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • This position is considered “safety sensitive” and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older. 
  • Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License.Out of state applicants hired for this position will be required to obtain a Washington State Driver's License within 30-days of hire.  
  • [Must have a minimum of a Class “B” Commercial with passenger (P1) with air brakes License. 
  • Must possess a driving record capable of meeting the organizations insurance criteria. 
  • Must have, or obtain within 6 months from hire date, a CPR First Aid Training certificate.
  • Must be able to pass an agility exam with at least a “medium” rating, to determine if physically capable of performing job duties.
  • Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of customer service to guests, VIP's, and co-workers.
  • Must attend mandatory training required by the TGO.
  • Must attend mandatory safety training & education as assigned. 
  • Must be flexible to work all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
  • Must be comfortable driving longer distances and maneuvering in various traffic and conditions inherent in the Seattle Area. 
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
